Energising 40 Minute Yoga Flow

In this 40 minute class, we will use a flowing vinyasa style practice to not only strengthen but also stretch the body. These two focuses allow us to create balance in the practice and spaciousness for the body and mind. If you are new to yoga, don't worry if the flow seems confusing at times, through repetition it gets more familiar! And it's not about getting it right, but about finding your breath and moving with that. I hope you have a lovely practice.
