20 Minute Prenatal Yoga Class

This 20 minute video is especially for women at all stages in their pregnancy. We will use breath and movement to find flow and ease in the body and develop a nurturing connection to yourself and your baby. As with all yoga videos, please take responsibility for your own practice and stop if anything feels uncomfortable or unsafe. Particularly during pregnancy, please consult your doctor before beginning your yoga practice.
