I'm so pleased to be sharing this slow and stretchy 20 minute yoga class with you, the first in a gorgeous new series of online yoga to support your home yoga practice. The practice is just 20 minutes, a lovely way to fit in a bit of yoga at home. The focus is on stretching out tired or achey bodies - don’t be put off by the slow speed, we still go deep and juicy!
