I was blown away by how many of you wanted to join me (and Emma!) in Portugal this March so I have decided to plan a second retreat at the stunning Casa Fuzetta where we will have 6 nights to melt into this beautiful setting, eat delicious food and use our yoga practices to feed our minds, bodies and souls. The intention behind the retreat is to replenish our energy after the summer, to dive into our yoga practice together and to offer my guests an opportunity to replenish from the inside out.

This venue really provides the most wonderful physical space for us to come together. Whether you plan to explore the local town, relax by the pool with a book, take a boat to neighbouring island to take in the views (you could honestly believe you were in the Caribbean!) or book a massage with our resident body worker in the on-site treatment rooms, there is space to take time to yourself or hang out all together. Whatever you need to feel replenished, you will certainly find it here.

If you are thinking of coming by yourself, do it do it do it! While it can be a little daunting to book a retreat solo, it is such an amazing experience to do so. Most guests will be travelling alone and it is amazing how quickly you will develop really wonderful connections, so please do not hesitate! There are two types of room available, all of which are en suite. Most rooms are twin, but there are a couple of doubles, suitable for solo guests or couples. All rooms are incredibly spacious so even if you are sharing with another guest, you will have plenty of your own space. I will match you up with another guest of the same sex unless you are booking with a friend, in which case I will book you the same room!

8-9.30/10am Vinyasa Yoga Practice

11-5pm Free Time to Explore, Relax by the Pool, book a massage

There will be 1 yoga workshop, 1 creative workshop and one cooking workshop during the week. Timing TBC)

Snack available at leisure from 3.30pm 

5.30-7pm Yin Yoga Class

7.30pm Dinner

8.45pm Free Time or Optional Activities at the Villa


Departure day (22nd October):

What will we eat?

Think abundant brunches full of colour and choice with sweet and savoury options. an afternoon snack with a juice, or a refreshing smoothie made with local produce, and a vibrant dinner to close out the day. I will update you shortly once I have confirmed who will be coming to cook but I can assure you that they will share my philosophy of delicious, colourful meals made from the best locally sourced produce, organic where possible and generally vegan. We can accommodate for dietary requirements and will endeavour to meet all of your needs throughout the week. I have discovered that eating two meals a day with a light snack works best in this setting. Rest assured, you will not go hungry – we aim to balance lightness in body and mind with nutritious, meals. It is all about variety and colour, without restriction. And we have an open fridge policy for those peckish moments between meals too! 

Twin room: £1295 per person

Double room: £1595 for 1 person or £1195 per person for 2 people

Please note, I have had to raise prices slightly for this trip to include 20% VAT and accommodate a rise in the rental of the villa. Please know that you will get what you pay for – luxury accommodation, excellent food and my complete commitment to make your classes and overall experience surpass your every expectation.
