NEW RETREAT DUE TO POPULAR DEMAND!

Join me in my very special family home for a long weekend of yoga, food, workshops and quiet time. Based in the beautiful countryside surrounded by fields and green spaces, the house is the perfect haven for some real time out. As the temperature drops, we will be tuning in to the yin energy as an invitation to draw inwards and explore the opportunity to get connected, layer by layer. We will use our yoga practices to unwind the body and mind, to invite a softness and surrender into our state of being. This is a nurturing space, where you will be supported in the unravelling of your daily stresses, to allow you to reconnect to the true essence of your natural state of being.

Expect to cosy up by the fire with a book, loose yourself in conversation with the group and release tension from body and mind with our practices and therapies. There really is space here for whatever it is that you need, and our intention is to slowly unravel from daily tensions, to really rekindle our ability to listen in to our inner wisdom of what that may be, layer by layer.

We are joined by my wonderful friend and holistic practitioner, Katie White (@relaxldn) who will be sharing her beautiful treatments 1-2-1 with each of the guests. She will also guide us through a surprise workshop as part of the schedule.

Our cooks for the week are Ellie and Rachel who will work together to nurture and warm us from the inside out. Each of these women bring their own inspiration to the table and will share their own practices outside of the kitchen as part of our schedule too! We are truly blessed to have them both with us!

This schedule is subject to change as I spend more time drawing together inspiration for the retreat, however this is just to give you an idea of what our days together might look like. You will also be able to book a treatment with our wonderful in house therapist, full details of which will be shared ahead of arrival.

Sunday 1st December

I like to spend time at home on Sunday’s to get set up for the week ahead. When I travel home late and miss that time I feel as though I am starting my week on the back foot. This is why we have scheduled the retreat to get you back home in time to transition smoothly upon your return. We will begin the day with a morning practice, and close the retreat before breakfast, so that you can gently prepare to leave.

Room 5 - Twin, ensuite (one double, one single - could suit a group of 3 friends who are comfortable sharing) £750 (FULL)

For Rooms 1, 2 and 3, a second guest can be added (shared bed) for £550

What is included?

  • Brunch, afternoon tea and dinner on full days, a welcome dinner on arrival and breakfast on departure day. All our food will be lovingly prepared by our in-house chef, using high quality ingredients and a focus on local produce. Generally we offer a plant-based menu, but if you have specific dietary requirements, let us know and we will ensure that we have what you need

For those of you on the recommended flights, I will coordinate transfers for £40 return (based on shared transfers). If you prefer to make your own way to the house, it is 1hr drive and you can rent a car easily from the airport (currently from £75).

Meet The Team

I am so thrilled to be joined by 3 wonderful woman to help host this intimate retreat experience.

Rachel and Ellie met whilst studying Naturopathic Nutrition three years ago, and with their shared enjoyment of holistic living, quickly became close friends. Together, they share a genuine passion for nurturing the mind and body through time spent amongst nature, creating space for gentle mindfulness practices, and taking inspiration from the seasons to inspire home-cooked, plant-based cooking using the freshest of ingredients. Finding huge pleasure in menu planning and bringing people together over hearty foods, Rachel and Ellie demonstrate the simplicity in using fruits and vegetables to create delicious, nourishing meals with powerful healing and supportive effects on the body.

Katie is the founder of Re:lax, a skin studio in Hackney dedicated to non-invasive, results-driven skincare. Each treatment is bespoke and tailored to the client, using high performing products that are eco-friendly and ethical.
