Type in the #cleanliving hashtag on Instagram and you’ll find over 900,000 images, portraying everything from colourful smoothie bowls to gym selfies and carefully styled flat-lays of bath crystals and luxury skincare products. It is without a doubt a powerful movement that was born as a result of the hot media craze ‘clean eating’, but is that power in danger of becoming another fad?
In line with national campaign ‘Organic September’, I'm joining Kate Arnell and certified organic beauty and wellbeing brands for a panel discussion to explore and unpick the integrity of the clean living movement, share personal stories and offer top tips to achieve a balanced lifestyle with the help of organic alternatives; a wholistic way of life that transcends fads. Learn how to enhance your long-term health by listening to your body and practising self-care rituals such as yoga, meditation and even your skincare routine.
After the discussion I'll be signing books, and you can stay around to shop with an exclusive discount voucher and treat yourself to the delights of the Rebel Kitchen cocktail bar, delicious canapes and a goody bag to take home and cherish.
Join me for two hours of mind, body and soul 'detoxing'
I'm not actually a big fan of the whole detox idea, but in 2016 I hosted an alternative 'detox' workshop where we explored movement and mindfulness in order to shed that which we no longer need in order to leave us feeling lighter both physically AND mentally. Thanks to the wonderful feedback, I'm bringing a shiny new version of the workshop to help you ease your way into 2017. This is all about you, learning about yourself and letting go of what no longer serves you.
Tickets are £25 and available to book via the Frame website 2 weeks before.
