A day of motivation, mindfulness and productivity. A deep dive into how to create a motivated workforce, embrace bravery and risk, and to ensure purpose and happiness at work. 

Dose London is a series of events hosted by adventurers and culture specialists, The Tempest Two.  The long-term goal of Dose London is to inspire a change of mindset in the next generation of business leaders. With experts in mindfulness, productivity and culture sharing their knowledge. An array of speakers and workshops will ensure the attendees of Dose will come away with a fresh mindset on their working lives, and will act as enforcers of cultural change for their employers.

Dose London gives companies the opportunity to nurture and grow their millennial workforce, and arm them with the necessary skills to drive positive change within the company for years to come.

'Creating a toolbox for wellbeing' // MINDFULNESS

London based yoga teacher and author Annie Clarke champions an individual approach to wellbeing. In order to truly thrive in our personal and professional professional lives, we have to turn our senses inwards and start to listen to our bodies a little more closely.

Through her own journey of discovery she realised the importance of self practices as a 'tool box' for managing our internal environment in order to be better equipped for changes in our external environment and now she uses her work and teaching to facilitate this discovery for others.

Charity Yoga Class for MIND

As part of my fundraising efforts for MIND, I have run the London Marathon and will be taking part in the Hackney Half next week too. But I wanted to bring together as many of us as possible and so this Saturday I will be teaching a yoga class on London Fields.

The class will start at 10am and run for about an hour.

I will share the exact location on my instagram @mind_body_bowl on the day!

Please bring a mat (or message me if you don’t have one).

UNWIND with Annie Clarke

Yoga instructor Annie Clarke from Mind Body Bowl will guide a 45-minute yoga class, allowing you to strengthen and lengthen your way to a loosened body. The class will follow a yin practice, helping to heal and nourish our often desk-bound bodies.

CALM with Jess Love Meditation

Vedic meditation coach Jess Cook will lead a 30-minute guided meditation session so you can sit comfortably on our cosy cushions and embrace the art of meditation. Learn how to breathe in a quieted mind and learn to experience life in a more accepting, loving and adapting way.
