guacphoto Guacamole is something that I absolutely love - probably a lot to do with it being a bowl of avocado that goes with almost anything! Last weekend, some girlfriends had some serious guacamole cravings (apparently that is a thing) and so I set to work in the kitchen to help them conquer them. The result was three happy ladies, with a plateful of spicy avocado goodness as part of a delicious brunch.

Avocados are such a powerhouse of nutrition. Good fats, B vitamins, vitamins C and E. They are just so amazing for your hair and skin, and help to give you that all-telling healthy glow.


4 very ripe avocados

1 large tomato

1/2 a red onion

2 cloves of garlic

1 large handful of coriander

1 red chilli

1 lime

Start by finely chopping the tomato, chilli and coriander, then place to one side.

Mash the avocados in a large bowl, then crush the garlic and continue to mash. Add the juice of the lime and the remaining chopped ingredients.

Use a spoon to stir them evenly then serve immediately. It can be kept in the fridge in a sealed container for about a day.
