Granola, Granola and more Granola
So this week I have turned into a total granola lady. It seems to be all I can think, dream and speak of and I currently live among endless bags of almonds, oats and cinnamon! I didn't think it would be possible to become so totally consumed by a product that I ended up making it in my sleep at night (although I should have learned from Olivia's crumble making about what I was getting myself into)!
For that reason, I haven't had a moment to test any recipes this week so I hope you don't mind this post in stead! I just wanted to let you know that I will be at Fayre Healthy this weekend, selling bags and bowls of organic, dairy-free, gluten-free and refined sugar-free granola. It is the biggest health event of the year so far and such a perfect way to inspire yourself for 2015. There will be talks from awesome and inspirational people as well as classes available to take while your are there. Then you can stock up on healthy treats, cookbooks and general winter wellness from all the different stalls on offer.
