Video: Breath Exercise for Stress Relief


This week's video is another in the Pranayama series, this time brought to you from my beautiful, sunny local park (excuse the squinting). This is a breath technique called Nadi Shodhana, or alternate nostril breathing. In this exercise, we breath through alternating nostrils and it is believed that this purifies and balances the energy channels within our bodies. It also has some powerful relaxation techniques that calm the mind, making it great for clearing the head before decision making. So give it a try and let me know how you get on!
