Eating Out: Well + Happy Pop Up

P1150974 I think this photo speaks for itself - I've found some of the best healthy treats in London and couldn't recommend them more! I started my week with a very delicious discovery and I've been really excited to share it with you ever since. I am always on the look out for new healthy spots and this one cropped up in a seriously convenient place for me! Well + Happy was created by Chelsea Parsons, a yoga teacher, kinesiologist, chef and health coach with a passion for creating feel good food.

Well + Happy is currently popping up at Celestine Eleven in Shoreditch, a great little spot where you can sit at the bar and sip on a matcha latte or nibble your way through raw choccies, deserts and wholesome salads. The menu is simple, affordable but most importantly delicious, proving that goodness doesn't mean you have to compromise on taste. The sweets are definitely the biggest hit with customers - you can pick up delights such as raw bounty bars, millionaires shortbread, and goji chocolate bars - my mouth is watering at the thought!

Chatting to Chelsea, I realised we shared a lot of thoughts about good food and healthy living. She, like me, believes that it shouldn't cost a fortune to pick up something for lunch just because you want to make a healthy choice. At £6 per salad, lunch is reasonable and relatively filling. You can add dehydrated crackers too if you fancy something extra, although I think the best idea is to save room for the best seller - gooey buckwheat based shortbread with crunchy chocolate on top!

Even if you're just looking for somewhere to pick up a coffee or matcha drink and a dose of positive vibes, you can also stop by and choose from home made almond, coconut or tiger milk.

If you do visit, make sure to pick up a positive vibes card while you are there - a little note with an individual message to give you a little boost of mindfulness as you sip your drink! If you can't make it to East London in the next few weeks, then watch out for some exciting news coming soon from Well + Happy about a permanent cafe space.
