ANNIE CLARKE YOGA | Mind Body Bowl
Annie Clarke came to yoga on her quest to find a healthier and happier lifestyle. After years of struggling with digestive problems and low energy levels, she began to look at food, movement and the mind body connection, taking a wholistic approach to her own wellbeing. She started her blog, Mind Body Bowl, as a creative outlet and a way to connect with other like minded people. As her curiosity around wellness grew, so did her passion for yoga. In 2015, she spent the last of her savings on a trip to India to complete her 200hr training in Yoga with the anticipation of leaving her with two options: to come home and get a 'real job' or maybe to become a yoga teacher. From the first day of training, Annie knew which one was right. Since then, she has gone on to complete further trainings in various aspects of yours, taught internationally and grown a following of students back home in East London too. Annie's approach is all about finding what works for you as an individual, both on and off the mat, and to facilitate a space where you can connect a little deeper with yourself 

During our FIND FLOW retreat, Annie will guide guests through a powerful and healing combination of a vinyasa flow practice and a more introspective, restorative yin practice. With helping you find your personal flow as our retreat focus and using asana (physical practice), meditation and pranayama (breathing exercises), our twice daily sessions will begin with making space... Clearing cluttered minds and body's in order to allow you to let go of what isn't serving you - to make way for re-connection to your truth. And from here, your flow. By cultivating a strength and flexibility in the body, mind and heart through the beautiful practice of yoga, our retreat will enable you to gain clarity on where you want to be in life.

INSPIRATIONAL BREATHING | NICOLA PRICE
We are very privileged to welcome back Nicola Price on retreat again in Goa. Nicola will be hosting a group workshop introducing guests to the profound benefits of 'Inspirational Breathing'. This simple but life-changing practice can enable people to really shift stuff... To let go of deeply suppressed emotions, to get clear of areas of their life, making way to access a sense of peace and relaxation... All by by connecting to their body on a cellular level by engaging with their own 'inspirational breath'. Nicola has been working with the breath for many years and is now training others in the practice from her studio and school near Brighton. 
Guests will also have the opportunity to experience incredible Nicola’s work - choosing either a 1-2-1 breath session or a Tula massage, which is included in the retreat price.

WELLBEING FOOD + WORKSHOP
Chaya’s Lucy Hill will be bringing her knowledge and understanding of wellbeing food to the retreat; ensuring a completely balanced and nourishing, not to mention tasty menu. The food will refer to the pillars of a therapeutic diet to best support you during retreat. With daily juices and homemade plant-based mylks, two nourishing and delicious alkaline-focussed unlimited meals per day, free-flowing coconuts, fresh fruits and herbal teas; all designed to leave you feeling clearer, lighter and brighter on every level.

Lucy will host a 2 hour workshop, covering wellbeing topics such as nut and seed milks, raw chocolate and other healthy and delicious ways to upgrade the way you eat - and the way you feel.

MENUS
The wonderful, Goan gourmet chefs work alongside Chaya Kitchen and are adept in catering to every desire - using local, seasonal ingredients to create a delicious, varied and healing menu. Which will balance and clear the body whilst stimulating the palate. From typical Goan feasts, to the freshest local seafood through to pure raw vegan, the award-winning kitchen can accommodate all tastes and dietary requirements.

OPTIONAL ACTIVITIES
Also included in the retreat price is the opportunity to visit the lively local night market. Additionally there is the option to visit a traditional Indian spice farm, historic Old Goa, a local, magical natural perfumer, perhaps a visit to the ayurvedic doctor amongst other fascinating sights and experiences.
