15 Minutes 'Just Flow'
Last week I hosted and taught a retreat at the beautiful 42 Acres in the UK. Our classes were in this wonderful yurt, the brand new space for meditation and yoga classes. While the guests were relaxing between classes, I hopped on my mat and just moved. The intention was to listed to my body and it felt so good. I thought I would share it with you, I hope it is easy enough to follow. Don't worry about making the same shapes as me, just really feel the movement and breath and make it your own!
