Yoga Stretch for Runners

Now that the sun is shining in London, I've been trying to get outside a little more and I love running in the park by my house. I am, however, a little useless at committing to stretching it out afterwards and I am sure I'm not the only one! So this is a little yoga flow or sequence of stretches especially for runners! If you have tight hips, hamstrings or quads or just want a few minutes on the mat, this one is for you too!
