Strawberry and Radish Salad

150g of radishes

200g of strawberries

a drizzle of olive oil

salt and pepper

1 slice of lemon

a handful of mint

100g of rocket

Finely slice the strawberries and radishes. Rinse the rocket then place in a serving bowl.

Then arrange the strawberries and radishes, drizzle with olive oil and add in the mint. Cover with salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle over the mint, roughly chopped or torn.
