3 Simple Ways To Save The World

With last Saturday marking Earth Day, it seemed fitting to share some of my top tips for making more conscious choices every day. The trouble is that many of us do things here and there but there is so much that we can do every day and these small changes really do add up. I don't claim to be perfect - sometimes I leave the tap running too long when I wash up, or leave the TV on when I'm not watching, or use plastic cutlery when I'm out and about but I do try my best to stick to some things every day which have become habits - they don't take any time or effort, or even cost any more than the alternative. It is just a case of taking responsibility and making the switch.

I try my very best to keep Mind Body Bowl a neutral space, to not lecture anyone on the way to live because we are all unique. But with this, it is a little different because we share this Earth and we have no where else to go. At a time with such terrifying leadership and destructive attitudes in power, now more than ever we need to come together and do everything that we can to reduce our impact on the suffering planet. So have a read, and please share your tips and thoughts too - I'm always looking for new ways to reduce my personal impact on our home.
