Recipe Video: Spinach Pancakes

Good Morning! It's a new week and I'm getting myself ready for a busy one! The new year has already been a little crazy which I am loving but it means that I have to take extra care of myself, what I eat and making time to move my body but also to sit and be still too in order to keep myself balanced.

Don't try to take on too much, or set yourself too many goals just because its the new year. Each day is a new day whether you are in January or September so finding something wonderful in each of those days is what creates something amazing when added together!

For those of you that haven't seen it yet, I did my first recipe video for Wild Dish which was released last week for my Spinach Pancake recipe. If you haven't seen it, check it out - it is one of my favourite recipes and it is so simple.
