Youtube Launch - Introduction to Pranayama
So I've been working on this for a long time and I'm so excited to finally start sharing some videos with you. I love meeting so many of you at classes in London but know there are so many of you further afield that can't join in person. So I've been working with my best friend, the super talented Will Sebastian, to bring you yoga, food and wellbeing in the comfort of your own home! This first video is a very simple exercise using breath control to help calm the body and mind, making it a really wonderful relaxation technique. If you suffer from anxiety, stress or are just looking to take a few minutes for yourself, this is a perfect place to start.
